Century Lofts is a condominium in Atlanta, GA at 505 Whitehall Street, SW. Century Lofts is on the edge of Castleberry Hill, a historic loft neighborhood.
Please park in the space(s) assigned to your loft.
The state of Georgia requires vehicles parked in a marked handicapped parking space to have a current handicapped license plate, or a placard (tag) hanging from the windshield rear view mirror or on the driver's side of the dashboard. The permit must clearly display the expiration date. Obscuring the expiration date on a handicapped permit is a violation of Georgia state law, and the offending vehicle can be towed.
Vehicles must have a current license plate, and appear to be operable (no flat tires, etc.). Georgia state law allows newly purchased vehicles 30 days to get a license plate.
The Condo Docs state "Boats, trailers, panel trucks, buses, hearses, trucks with a load capacity of one (1) ton or more, vans (excluding mini-vans or utility vehicles used as passengers vehicles and receiving a "car" or "passenger vehicle" classification by the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles), recreational vehicles (RV's and motor homes), vehicles used primarily for commercial purposes and containing visible evidenced commercial use (such as tool boxes or racks), and vehicles with commercial writings on their exteriors are also prohibited from being parked on the Condominium".
Service vehicles are allowed on a temporary basis to service a unit during daylight hours or during emergencies.
Vehicles that do not meet the above are subject to immediate towing from the property.
If you think your vehicle was towed from Private Property, signs in the parking area indicate the towing service and contact information for them.
If you think your vehicle was towed from the street or sidewalk (Public Property), then this was likely done by the city of Atlanta. Contact info for tow services the city uses should be on this link. Century Lofts is in Zone 3.
Century Lofts has a homeowner's association (HOA). If you are renting your loft, please contact the owner about residence or building issues. If you are a property owner, you should contact the management company that the HOA uses to manage Century Lofts.
